Bahamut - if you're interested, I'll check out prices... if you'd like, I could pick up two of stuff you'd like and send 'em to you? I'm speechless...... May be not. Oh wow...... I don't what to say really. (Pardon my lack or outdated use of vocabulary) That would be so COOL if that ever happened. Price and delivery.....? I'd be totally clueless. What to do? How to pay? Price, currency exchange, and everything..... Being someone not from the States and stuff. I mean (like .liz said) sometimes things like this just sucks real bad not living in the States. (If I really had only choice, I'd go for the Dragonzord.) Wonder how much the whole thing would cost anyway?

I think costs will depend on quality - there'll be the crappy-ish toys and then there'll be the really nice collectibles that never get taken out of boxes (unless you're me and think it's much more fun to set them up).
Is there a list of what's all being released? I know sometimes they put them out - I'd kill for Zords that could be transformed into the Megazord (*takes off transformers nerd hat*)
Ooohhhh - I wonder if they'll have both the original sets and the thunderzord stuff?
Well, there goes my Christmas money, that's for sure!!

i'm so glad that they are re-doing MMPR. I CANT WAIT!! They aren't "re-doing" MMPR. It's the same episodes, just remastered and edited for time and content.

My offer is open to anybody not in the states (or not in a position to get stuff). ^_^ I get good discounts on mailing through the station, and of course there's my hubband's discounts at Target... You're too kind I would be lying if I said I wasn't tempted... but there's so much to be considered. I'm with bahamut; How to pay, price, currency exchange, shipping fee, custom tax and all that And I'm sure my mom won't be happy, lol. BUT OH I SO WANT IT!! I don't really care for the action figures, especially the Megazords cos learning from experiences they cost -a lot- even in my currency, let alone in dollars; I don't even want to think about it, lol, but the morphers.. I've been collecting them. And MMPR morpher with the power coin? Urgh. Do you have any rough idea how much a morpher would cost? *thinks*

I won't know cost until they go on sale - or at least until they come into the store. Hubband says there's three MMPR "action figures" (character ones, I'm not sure which characters) but they're sold out right now - I'll check again next week.
As for paying - I believe Paypal is the best service for around-the-world payments... it even does conversions, IIRC, and I've done a decent amount with it when it comes to eBay.
I'll check back in as things arrive at the store and I get a decent look at how much they'd cost ^_^

i really cant wait to see how they are totally remastering this!! I cant wait. ;D**JUMPS UP AND DOWN** ;D I am a total POWER RANGER FREAK!!
sorry bout the wording, wk88!!

I still have the ones from when I was 4 but considering I used them they aren't in the best of shape. XD

Zords, Morphers, the action figures....
Sigh. What's the cheapest Zords one can actually buy anyway? I remember those small and cheap Dinozords that were sold separately, you'd have to put them together kinda like Gundam models. That's the cheapest one I can still remember.
They even sold those motorcycles, though you'd only see them in the Zyuuranger or being sold as toys. The only cycles that MMPR showed were those Shark-cyclesm I still prefered the original ones over those.

I don't imagine you'll see much (if any) disparity in price between the toys for the current season versus the new MMPR toys. Ranger figures will probably be in the 12 to 17 dollar range, while the Megazord, Dragonzord, and Titanus will go for 25 to 30.
Shipping is really where you're going to run into trouble. Depending on where you live and how much you buy, international shipping is more than likely going to be more than the cost of the items themselves. For example, a two pound package to Berlin from Sacramento sent standard shipping via FedEx would cost 80 dollars.
More than likely you're better off purchasing the toys online and having them sent that way. In my experience it's been cheaper to use the shipping services provided by the merchant as opposed to a shipping company.

I agree with wk88, even if you shipped with ups it would be alot of money no matter what the weight of the package. You would also have to worry about it going through customs too. Order online and use the service they provide

So buying through.. say, Amazon, would be cheaper than sending a toy with FedEx or whatever? D: $30 for a Megazord.. I would buy them in a heartbeat. The sad thing is, the previous Megazords sold here were around.. $60 (it's in my currency, I just converted it to US dollar). And well, it's too much ):

Amazon is like the flea market of Internet shopping; though you can find some good deals, more often than not you get what you pay for, if you catch my drift.

It still doesn't hurt to look around - I get a major discount on shipping (even world-wide) through the station - tossing around ideas never hurt anybody For anybody who is interested in at least hearing costs and stuff (along with shipping) for currency conversion purposes, PM me your basic location I'd ship from (city, country, etc.) so I can get an estimate

I would recommend e-bay as a last resort if you can find a good price anywhere else. For myself I would be going to TArget sine are Toys R Us closed and I don't like Wal-Mart unless I really have to go there

For what it's worth - I've picked up a lot of the new items and the prices really aren't that bad. The new Megazord only cost about $20, iirc - I have a full collection of the figures except for the putty. AND the hubby has promised we can hunt down the moveable Blade Blaster and Dragon Dagger on the day after Christmas .
Unfortunately, it doesn't appear morphers have been released, nor have I seen a Dragonzord. HOWEVER, my husband has heard that there will be another wave of items released, so maybe that'll be later.

Either the Dragonzord was way finished so you never got to see it, or they're probably saving the best for last, another wave of items perhaps. The Blade Blaster was the weapon that could also switch into a dagger-like weapon, right?
My most memorable moment involving the Dragon Dagger was 'Green with Evil, Part 1' Jason was so asking for it, putting one hand over his chest upon seeing the rest got beaten, "Take me on."
Tommy replied, "With pleasure," Next thing I knew, he simply threw the blade blaster thing right at Jason. Right at the chest, well he got what he was asking for. lol

*grins* I'll take a picture of what I've gotten so far when I get home tonight.
AND - one of my best friends from back home mailed me my Christmas present... an old "morphing" Pink Ranger/Kimberly action figure from 1993!!! Completely unopened - I'm such a nerd, I squealed all excitedly.
Yaaaay the re-airing begins tomorrow! (Am I the only one waiting nervously to see if they mangle the opening due to the music issue??)

In an attempt to bringing more activity back into this place, I was wondering.....
Would it be a good idea to make a thread in which members give their opinions on the latest rebooted episodes of MMPR? Anything be it negative or positive. Since I'm not living in the US and would wonder how the rebooted MMPR episodes are doing?
I know it's not much, it's just remastered, but just wondering....

why do i feel like am watching a comic book? I know. I feel the same way. Definitley is more clearer. The comic book part looks like is was made to appeal to the younger kids of today. To me, it seems wierd to watch it with the comic book part of it since i watched it back in 1993 but am willing to give it a try. GO, GO, MMPR!!!
