Help!!!

I read a fan fiction about Tommy and Kimberly. I need help find it again. Let me tell you the jest-of-it. Kim comes back and we find out that she got aids from a blood transfusion and that's why she wrote the letter. She comes back and so does Billy. He find out and he and the others get a cure for Kim. The cure works and Kim and Tommy live happily ever after. If anyone could tell the title and or author I would be very grateful.

I finally found the story I was looking for. It's called The Truth Hurts But Heals. It was written by power-rangers-pink-yellow. I found in on FF.net. Those of you who read my HELP!!!I hope you read this story.
