Okay so yes... I always have loved PR. But during the time when I didn't really watch it *cough Zeo* and other series, I started to get into other things. Dragonball, Dragonball Z were the other main 2. It's full of action, adventure, and angst. And yes it 'is' a cartoon (anime) - until now that is. They are making it into a live action movie that comes out in April. If there are any Buffy fans, Spike is in the movie. The trailer is on youtube or the official site. I just had to point this picture out (Bulma / Emmy Rossem ) becuase I was -almost- tempted to make a Kim manip with her.  |

Dragon Ball is one of my earliest animes that I watched when I was a kid, I still remember it was on every Sunday at 9.30 am, lol. We still have the rerun now; I feel old! I loved both the anime and the manga. When I found that there's gonna be an American version, yeah well, it honestly kinda turned me off, but the producer is Steven Chow and he's a decent Chinese actor; I'm a fan of his works so I hope it'll turn out good.
And why the hell did they cast Chow Yun Fat as Master Roshi? Somehow it doesn't fit, but oh well..

I am also a huge fan of DBZ!! When I first heard about this I thought it was a stupid idea. I mean I really didn't think they could do this well. Now, I'm still skeptical but I think it looks pretty good. I'm definitely going to see it.

I'm loving the clips that they released. The one where ChiChi fights with Mai(I think that's her name... whatever. Piccolo's underwing) and then Goku ends up knocking ChiChi out. Sounds like a possible "Kim verses Kim" thing and Tommy can't choose like in that one episode..... oh with the monkey. But leaving them out  I'm hoping big! |
