New T/K Story

Hey all, since this is my first post and I don't know how many of you know me or my work I guess I should introduce myself. My name's Jacob, and on ff.net I go by the penname White-Knight-1988.

I'm currently in the process of writing something of a mature, Christmas-oriented Tommy/Kim fic that will probably end up spanning two or three chapters and I'm looking for some art work to go along with it.

Unfortunately, when it comes to art I'm not very talented at all, so envisioning exactly what I want is difficult. Basically what I'm looking for is something more adult that highlights the complexity of their relationship in that they both want each other, but at the same time can't leave behind their lives on opposite sides of the country.

As I said, the story takes place around Christmas time so that could play a part. They're also in the mountains so something with snow could work as well.

A little bird in my ear named Shawn told me this was the best place for manips and fanart, so I'm hoping I can find someone here to help me. Any takers?

Man, this is so freaking awesome I can't even begin to describe how much I love it. I don't know if you intended it to be that way or not, but the way you reflected Kimberly makes it look like she's two-headed and that fits in absolutely perfect with the story and where it's going. I just...wow. That's all I can really say, Chris. You did a terrific job with this and I really appreciate it a lot. I'm gonna go ahead and send both you and Cathy chapters 2 and 3, if you want to do something else. Either way, this is awesome and I f'ing love it! Thanks, Chris.

Aww, come on. You can't quit on me now, Cathy. LOL. I was really looking forward to seeing what you were doing. I'm sure it'd be great, and I'd still like to see it if I can somehow convince you to finish lol.

Either way, I still would like something kind of light-hearted and wintery to go along with the Christmas theme. Chris, Cathy, or anyone else interested in doing this?

Well, I'm not nearly as talented as the rest of the bunch around here, but I just wanted to welcome you aboard! We're a little quiet right now due to the end of semester/beginning of finals insanity (and the Twilight movie obsession ), but I'm sure it'll pick back up to it's regular level of crazy over the holiday. You're an incredible author, and I'm glad Shawn managed to drag you here...

Thank you for the welcome and the kind words. I do appreciate them. As far as escape, why would I even try? I finally found the one place where people are as freakishly devoted to Tommy and Kim as I am. Haha. But yeah, definitely glad to be amongst people who share that certain something for our favorite power couple lol.

Well, I'll try and finish what I was working on, but it's slow going. It's taking me a long time to find the perfect pics that I'm looking for. I finally found my scenery pics last night, and now I'm on the hunt for the perfect "couple" shot. I can't promise how soon it'll come, but I'll do my best to finish it.

I was just feeling very "not so good" last night after seeing Chris's gorgeous pic, and I know that what I do won't even come close to being that good. But, I'll try....

Chris, that piece of art is just PERFECT for that story, especially that pic of Kim and the phrase 'Unnecessarily Complicated'. Ain't that the truth! But, that's what most women are. (Hey, I'm a woman. I'm allowed to make that comment.)
