AN: Trying to get back into the groove of writing, thought I’d try some drabbles. This is my second one, which was inspired by my first one (a Buffyverse one, which can be found at my ff.net account). LOL Hope ya like!

Syd headed towards her bedroom door after hearing a knock. “Open.” Once the doors slid open, she stuck her head out, looking for the person who had knocked. Weird, she thought. She just happened to look down as she took a step back, and noticed a little pink package sitting just outside her door.
Bending down to pick up the pretty package, she looked at the envelope taped to it. Her name was written in flowing script. Curiosity flowing, she ripped open the envelope and took out the piece of paper inside.
Merry Christmas Sydney!
From,
Your Secret Santa
Smiling, she stuck the paper back inside the envelope, and proceeded to rip off the paper. Opening the box, she gasped as she saw what lay inside. A tiny golden heart with five inlayed stones of pink, blue, green, yellow and red, each respective stone getting smaller as they went down the side of the heart. How pretty! Syd stepped out into the hallway, looking up and down both ends, trying to see if she could find out who had left the beautiful gift.
She couldn’t wait to find out Christmas morning who her Santa was, so she could thank them for the beautiful, thoughtful gift.

Down the hallway, hidden around the corner, a man in blue smiled as he watched her looking around for the person responsible for the gift. Seeing her smile when she saw what lay inside, made him happy for the first time that Z had talked them into doing a Secret Santa, and that he had drawn her name. Turning, with a small grin on his face, he headed down the hallway towards the Command Center.
He couldn’t wait to tell her Christmas morning that it was he who gave her the gift. People thought that he was unfeeling, and he couldn’t wait to see all their reactions; to prove that he did have feelings, and it just took the right person to bring them out in him.
END.
AN2: I know this isn't much, but I've had major writers block for almost six years, so for me this is HUGE! Comments are much appreciated. Hope you enjoyed!
