Hey all,
Right now I am going thru alot of health problems....But I am hanging in there....I just wanted to let you all know so if you dont see me around alot thats why...i have to go to a Neurologist on the 18th for a battery of tests....i went to the eye doctor early today and the nerves in my eyes are swallon...they are trying to figure out whats causing my miragnes....they belive its due to me having Pseudotumor Cerebri
Intracranial Hypertension (Pseudotumor cerebri) is characterized by increased pressure inside the skull. Intracranial means inside the skull and hypertension means high fluid pressure. Basically, the pressure of the fluid that surrounds the brain (cerebrospinal fluid or CSF) is too high. Elevated CSF pressure produces severe headache and often visual difficulties, which, if left untreated can result in loss of vision or blindness.
And on top of that i also have COPD
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a lung disease that makes it hard to breathe. It is caused by damage to the lungs over many years, usually from smoking.
COPD is often a mix of two diseases:
Chronic bronchitis (say "bron-KY-tus"). In chronic bronchitis, the airways that carry air to the lungs (bronchial tubes) get inflamed and make a lot of mucus. This can narrow or block the airways, making it hard to breathe.
Emphysema (say "em-fuh-ZEE-muh"). In a healthy person, the tiny air sacs in the lungs are like balloons. As you breathe in and out, they get bigger and smaller to move air through your lungs. But with emphysema, these air sacs are damaged and lose their stretch. Less air gets in and out of the lungs, which makes you feel short of breath.
COPD gets worse over time. You can't undo the damage to your lungs. But you can take steps to prevent more damage and feel better.
Cathy I will have that story done soon, but with the doctors apts and work its taking time to get it tiked.
Sorry to unload like this just needed to talk to someone all my family is in Tennessee where I am from. So thanks for listening to me rant about me.
