Well, while it's good for a first try, it's pretty obvious that it's a manip. :/ You can tell the face isn't tilted the same direction as the head (if that makes sense). And the lighting hitting the body, you can tell it's not the same lighting hitting the face.
But hey, at least your attempting something different. I'm still too chicken to do manips.  LOL
